Alexandria, VA — Today, Convergence announced a slate of new hires, including Tyler Q. Houlton as Vice President of Public Affairs, as the firm continues to expand and ramps up for the 2022 election cycle.

Previously, Houlton served in multiple senior level roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including Deputy Chief of Staff, Acting Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs, and Press Secretary. He also served as a Senior Advisor in the Bureau of Global Public Affairs at the U.S. State Department, Chief of Staff in the U.S. House of Representatives, and was a spokesman and policy advisor at the National Republican Congressional Committee.
